If you have lost your baggage or it is missing, then you can file a baggage claim through 2 different options, and it is based on the arrival airport via online mode within 48 hours after the arrival schedule of the flight. The second option is to visit the Air France baggage office prior to leaving the airport. But the question is: How do I file a baggage claim with Air France?   1. You can open the official site of Air France.
  2. Then move to the information page and click on the baggage tab.
  3. After that, select the missing or damaged baggage claim option.

In case you want to make a claim, then you can get the access to claim form at any time because it is available online  on the official site of the airline. You can only file baggage claims if you have the baggage receipt. You can get your baggage receipt at the check-in counter, which was given to you by one of the agents at the drop-off area.

Air France canceled flight compensation.

If your Air France flight got canceled from the side of the airline authority due to weather conditions or technical issues, then, in that case, you will get a confirmation mail that includes a compensation form and you need to fill this form with the necessary details to submit it to the airline. The airline authority will verify your form and provide you with the compensation within 7 working days.

Flights within the EU (more than 1500 Km) and flights between 1500 and 3500 km :400$.
For the flights not falling under A or B : $800. 

If it is a refundable credit voucher (cash), then the flights up to 1500 km : $250

Flights within the EU which is more than 1500 km and all other flight which are between 1500 and 3500 km : $400

For the flights not falling under A or B : $600

Air France baggage delay compensation

Is Air France giving refunds for Canceled flights? 

Yes, Air France gives refunds for canceled flights; in some cases, when the airline authority cancels your flight due to exceptional scenarios that make it difficult for the flight to fly, then in that case, you will get a refund form from the airline authority at your registered email address. Fill out the form and submit it to the airline.  

On the other hand, if your flight got canceled less than two weeks prior to the departure schedule of the flight, then you are not allowed to get a refund.
